2ND FLOOR
The heart of our operations lies on the second floor, where you'll find the central work zone.
MEETING ROOMS

We have a total of seven meeting rooms available for selective use, spread across the Ground floor and 2nd floor. Each of these can be easily reserved either through a calendar invite or by reaching out to our receptionists.

There are alternative meeting spaces and hot desks on the 2nd floor, which can be used as they become available.

GROOMING & HYGEINE
It is essential to follow the basics of personal well-being and maintain a respectful social environment. Key rules include regular bathing, oral hygiene, proper use of fragrances and antiperspirants, nail and hair care, clothing maintenance, and consideration for others.
FOOD ETIQUETTE
The Social Hub on the 1st Floor and The Pantry on the 2nd Floor are specifically allocated and equipped for a comfortable and entertaining lunch or coffee break.
OFFICE CLEANLINESS
To prevent clutter, please avoid placing any papers on top of cabinets in the open desks areas.
RESPECT PERSONAL SPACE
Be mindful of personal space, physical contact, and non-verbal cues, as these can vary among cultures.
REPORTING ISSUES
If you witness or experience any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour, report it to the Human Resources Manager immediately.
SMOKING
All areas of the HQ are non-smoking. Designated space will be allocated and shared.

Welcome to our new office fitness centre – a haven for health and wellness seamlessly integrated into the core of our workplace.

In case of any emergency situations, follow Fire Alarm announcements and Emergency Exit signs. The assembly point is marked by signage outside the building.

It is imperative to use only the parking plots that have been strictly designated for your use.
